Petroleum
Designed to meet the required suction and delivery applications of the Petroleum industry. This range is manufactured from PVC coated Polypropylene films and fabrics that handle hydrocarbon based products and temperatures of -20°C to 80°C.

Hoses should be tested at 6 monthly intervals for correct electrical continuity.

Application: Designed to meet the required suction and delivery applications of petroleum and petroleum products having an aromatic hydrocarbon content of greater than 50 percent.

Conforming Standards: AS2683, Type 1, Grade 3, Kind 1

Construction: Multiple layers of polypropylene fabrics and films. Green with yellow spiral layline, inner and outer wires are galvanised steel.

Temperature: -20 C to +80 C

Oilflex - GG

 


Application: Designed to meet the required suction and delivery applications of petroleum and petroleum
products having an aromatic hydrocarbon content of greater than 50 percent, and where
higher working pressures are required.

AS2683, Type 1, Grade 3, Kind 1

Construction: Multiple layers of polypropylene fabrics and films. Black, inner and outer wires are galvanised steel.
Heavy duty with increased working pressure.

Temperature: - 20 C to +80 C

version of code 1000, inner wire is aluminium and outer is galvanised steel.

Applications: A hose specifically designed to handle Biodiesel products that contain esterified vegetable oils which have been found to damage most elastomers used in other hose types. The nylon liner used gives excellent resistance to Biodiesel, Ethanol, and also alcohols.

Materials Handling
This hose is primarily designed for suction and delivery applications of hot bitumen under pressure or gravity fed and is manufactured from Polyester and Polyamide fabrics that can handle high aromatic content and temperatures of -20°C to 180°C. Can also be used to handle fluids of high temperatures.
